What Binee does with Slack

Through Binee Assistant
Slack is a way to talk to Binee, not a source of work, so Slack messages don't land in your inbox. Turn on Send my Inbox to Slack and new items arrive there instead, where you can open them or mark them read.
Act in it, with your approval
Binee can post to a channel after you confirm the exact channel and text. Changes you start from Slack, like creating a task or sending an email, come with buttons to confirm right in the thread.
Ask from where you already work
In your team channel, you write: “@Binee what did we promise Brightline on last week's call?”
Binee checks your connected tools through your own connections and answers with the sources linked. Anything it changes asks for your OK first, unless you chose Always allow for that kind of change.
Connect Slack in minutes
Open Settings, then Connections, and press Connect Slack.
Message Binee directly, or invite it to a channel and mention it.
Optional: turn on Send my Inbox to Slack to get new items there.
How it connects
Each person connects their own Slack account. Binee answers each person from their own connected tools, never from a teammate's.
Binee reads only recent messages in channels it's invited to, and never reads direct messages between people.

Can my teammates see my answers?
In a direct message, only you see the conversation. In a channel, the reply is posted where everyone there can read it, even though it comes from your own tools, so ask for a summary rather than private details.
Does Binee read our Slack history?
No. It keeps only a short window of recent messages from channels it's invited to, and never reads direct messages between people.
