Binee Binee

When everyone works better, the whole team moves faster.

Most of a team’s week goes to keeping up: checking tools, chasing status and asking each other where things stand. Binee gives everyone on your team the full picture of their own work, so less time goes to coordination and more goes to the work itself.

MMarco 10:14 AM@Binee what did we promise Brightline on last week’s call?
BBinee 10:14 AMFrom Marco’s tools: on Thursday’s call you promised the revised homepage copy by Monday. The ClickUp task for it is due Wednesday, so the dates don’t match yet.Fireflies.aiFireflies.aiClickUpClickUp

Teams lose hours keeping each other up to date.

The work gets done. The time goes to everything around it.

Where are we with this?

Every status question becomes a message, a wait and an interruption for someone else.

With Binee: Anyone can ask Binee, in the app or in a Slack channel, and get the answer from their own tools in seconds.

It fell between two people

An email sits in one person’s inbox while the task is in someone else’s list, and nobody notices until it’s late.

With Binee: Each person’s inbox shows emails next to the tasks they’re about, so a client question and the work behind it are seen together.

Meetings that read out the status

Weekly check-ins mostly repeat what is already written down somewhere in your tools.

With Binee: People come in already knowing where their work stands, so the meeting can be about decisions.

The handoff that lost the story

When work changes hands, the context stays behind in someone’s head or an old thread.

With Binee: Every task and email carries its own Binee Insight, so whoever picks it up sees what was asked, what was promised and what to do next.

Better for each person, better for the team.

Binee works from each person’s own tools, so it fits every role without anyone changing how they work.

It fits every role

Sales sees their leads and follow-ups, delivery sees tasks and deadlines, and everyone sees the emails waiting on them, from the tools they already use.

Nothing to roll out

No new task tool and no migration. Everyone keeps their tools and starts the day from one inbox.

Private by default

Everyone’s inbox and chats are their own. Whoever pays sees seats and activity, never anyone’s work.

Getting your team on Binee takes minutes.

Pick a team plan, invite people by email, and everyone connects their own tools. There’s nothing to set up centrally.

1Pick a plan and seatsTeam or Business, monthly or yearly, from 2 seats up. Add more at any time.

3Everyone works from their own BineeTheir own inbox, home board and Binee Assistant, with their own AI credits and a shared pool you can top up.

What teams ask Binee first.

Each one works across the tools your team already uses.

“@Binee where are we with Northwind?”
“Which clients have an unanswered email and an overdue task?”
“What did we agree on Monday’s planning call?”
“Post the overdue tasks for this week to #delivery.”

Visit the Help center
How is a team plan priced?+

Per seat. A Team seat is $24 a month and a Business seat is $44 a month, 10% off when paid yearly. One plan covers the whole team, and you can add seats at any time.

Can I see my team’s work?+

No. Each person’s Binee is built from their own connections, and nobody else can open it, including the person who pays. You see who has a seat, their role, their status and when they last used Binee.

What happens when someone runs out of AI credits?+

Their seat’s AI credits are used first. If you fund the team’s shared pool, it covers the rest automatically, so nobody has to stop working mid-month.

Can the team use Binee in Slack?+

Yes. Each person connects their own Slack account. Mention Binee in a channel and it answers in the thread, from the tools of the person who asked.

What happens when someone leaves?+

Remove their seat on the People page. They keep their own account, the seat keeps its remaining AI credits for whoever you invite next, and you can invite someone new right away.
