Why we built Binee
Tecknocity helps businesses become AI-driven. We audit how a business runs, build the workflows and AI assistants it needs, train the team to run them, and turn ideas and services into AI products. Over 20,000 hours and more than 300 businesses, from law firms to design studios, that work has always happened inside real operations.
Across all of those businesses, the same problem kept coming back. Each tool did its job, and the business still leaked between them. A date promised in an email never made it into the project. An invoice sat unpaid because billing lived in another tab. A client went quiet, and nobody noticed until they left. The only thing connecting it all was the owner, carrying the whole picture in their head.
Every client needed the same thing: something that reads across all their tools and speaks up in time, without another system to learn. So we built it as a product. Binee is one assistant that connects to the tools a business already uses, answers from all of them at once, and takes on the everyday work.

No masking, ever
If something is not working, Binee says it is not working: in the product, in its answers, and on this website. A truthful failure is acceptable. A false success never is.
Evidence or it does not ship
Every insight cites the real events behind it, and Binee refuses to keep a finding it cannot back. The same rule applies to our marketing: this site only claims what production actually does.
Plain language is the contract
If a feature needs you to learn tool names, event syntax, or prompt tricks, we consider it unfinished. “After my sales meetings send me a recap” has to just work.
