Why we built Binee
Before Binee, we spent years inside other people’s businesses. As Tecknocity, we audited how they ran, built their workflows and trained their teams, from small firms to big corporations.
Everywhere we went, we saw the same thing. Each tool did its job, and the work still fell between them. A date promised in an email never made it into the project. An invoice sat unpaid because billing lived in another tab. The only thing connecting it all was a person, carrying the whole picture in their head.
One of those firms was Sisun Law, a five-person law practice. Their team spent around three hours on research for a single case. We built them an AI agent that did the same research in about ten minutes, and the firm got roughly 25 hours a week back.
That project changed how I think about work. Most of the hours people lose go to the work around the work: finding, checking, chasing and retyping. Give those hours back, and people spend them on what they’re actually good at.
We could only do that for one client at a time. So we built Binee: one place where all of your work comes together, already explained, with an assistant that knows it and helps get it done. The same hours back, for anyone whose work runs across a handful of tools.
