Tecknocity's consulting work kept ending at the same wall. We would set a business up properly: the right project tool, clean processes, good habits. Six months later the same story every time. The tools each did their job, and the business still leaked between them: the promise made by email that delivery never heard about, the invoice nobody chased because billing lives in another tab, the client who quietly went cold while everyone was busy.
The fix was never another tool. Someone had to read across all of them, connect the dots, and speak up in time, and in every company that someone was the founder, in their head, at 11pm. When AI got good enough to do that reading, we stopped consulting our way around the problem and built the brain we kept wishing every client had.
The name is the job description: Binee is your AI business brain. It plugs on top of the tools you already use, answers from all of them at once, and taps you on the shoulder before a client does.
These are engineering rules in our codebase, not poster values.
If something is not working, Binee says it is not working: in the product, in its answers, and on this website. A truthful failure is acceptable. A false success never is.
Every insight cites the real events behind it, and Binee refuses to keep a finding it cannot back. The same rule applies to our marketing: this site only claims what production actually does.
If a feature needs you to learn tool names, event syntax, or prompt tricks, we consider it unfinished. "After my sales meetings send me a recap" has to just work.
Questions, ideas, or something we should hear? The founder reads every message: arman@binee.io
