Information you need

Each Binee Insight is written from the item and the work connected to it elsewhere: the email behind a task, the task behind an email, the meeting it belongs to.

Proof you can check

Small labels like “From your email of Tuesday” show what each Binee Insight was written from. One click opens the source.

Ready and current

Binee Insights are prepared in the background before you open anything, and rewritten when what they’re based on really changes.

Every detail that matters, pieced together for you.

Binee gets the new item, then checks it with your other tools: the email that started it, the file it depends on, the meeting where it comes up. You get a full summary with all details and suggested next steps, instead of doing a manual research yourself.

It notices when your tools disagree.

When a task says Friday and your email promised Thursday, the Binee Insight names both, so you can decide which date holds before the client finds out.

Where Binee Insights save you the digging.

Each of these takes two or three tools to piece together by hand. The Binee Insight has it ready when you open the item.

Do Binee Insights use AI credits?+

No. They’re prepared in the background and never use your AI credits. Only conversations with Binee Assistant do.

How current are they?+

Binee rewrites a Binee Insight when what it’s based on really changes, like a new message or a new due date. If one falls behind, it says so, and you can ask for an update.

What if Binee couldn’t check something?+

It tells you. For example: “Some of your connected tools could not be checked for this Binee Insight.” It never suggests it looked everywhere when it didn’t.

Can a suspicious email trick it?+

It is built not to. Text inside an email is treated as something to describe, never as an instruction. If an email asks you to pay or sign in somewhere, the Binee Insight won’t repeat the account details or turn the request into advice.

Can anyone else see my Binee Insights?+

No. They’re written through your own connections, from what your own accounts can see, and stored encrypted. Only you can read them, even on a team plan.
