Spend your day on the work, not on keeping up with it.
Emails, tasks and meetings land in different apps, and you’re the one keeping track of all of them. Binee brings everything that needs you onto one screen, explains each item, and helps you get it done, so more of your day goes to the work you’re good at.
Most of your day goes to keeping up.
Before the real work starts, there’s the work of finding out what needs doing. It usually looks like this.
You check your email, then the task tool, then the calendar, just to find out what needs you today.
With Binee: Everything that needs you is already in one inbox, with what’s due, late and urgent marked.
A task with just a title and a date, or an email that only makes sense once you read the whole thread.
With Binee: Every item opens with a short Binee Insight: what was asked, what was promised and what to do next, with the sources.
The answer to a simple question is somewhere in an email, a call or a file, and finding it takes longer than the work.
With Binee: Ask Binee Assistant in plain words, and it checks your email, tasks, meetings and files together.
Update the status, move the date, reply with the latest, add the note. Each one takes a minute, and there are fifty of them.
With Binee: Do them from the item itself, or hand them to Binee Assistant in one message. Nothing changes without your say-so.
Ready on your first morning.
Connect your work tools and Binee does the setup: your inbox fills in, your home board is built from what you told it you need help with, and every item arrives already explained.
Your own Binee, even if your team isn’t on it yet.
You can start on your own, with the accounts you already sign in to.
Connect the tools you already use. Nothing for IT to install, and nothing changes for anyone else on your team.
Your inbox, home board and chats are yours. Nobody else can open them, including whoever pays for your seat.
If your team likes what they see, everyone can get their own seat on one team plan.
What people ask Binee first.
Each one is a sentence, not a setup project.
“What should I deal with first today?”
“Which emails haven’t I answered this week?”
“What did we agree on yesterday’s call with Acme?”
“Move the Brightline review task to Thursday and let Maya know.”Common questions
Want to know more about how Binee works? The Help center explains every part.
Visit the Help centerDo I need my company to sign up?+
No. You can start on your own with the accounts you already use. Some companies require a one-time approval from their Microsoft admin before people can connect; if yours does, Binee gives you the link to send them.
Can my manager see what I do in Binee?+
No. Your inbox, home board and chats are yours. If your company pays for your seat, they see that you have one and when you last used Binee, never your work.
Which plan fits me?+
Personal brings the few tools you rely on most onto one screen, and fits a steady pace of work. Pro has no limits on tools or home board cards and double the AI credits, for when your inbox never stops and your work runs across many apps.
Will Binee change things in my tools without asking?+
No. Every change shows on a card exactly as it will happen and waits for your OK. For small, low-risk changes you can choose Always allow; sending an email always asks.
