What's a credit?
A credit is Binee doing work for you. Most questions cost about a credit or less. Bigger jobs, like building a workspace, use more and always show their exact cost before you approve them.
From our usage testing so far: 150 to 250 credits a month covers one person using Binee regularly, and a small team should start around 500. Start small, see your real usage in Billing, and top up anytime.
Common questions
How does the launch bonus work?
Every new account gets 2x credits in its first month, applied automatically, no code needed. It covers the free plan and new subscriptions of any size, monthly or annual. From month two your plan's normal allowance applies. Pay-as-you-go credit packs are separate purchases and are not part of the promo.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Binee pauses paid actions honestly instead of failing quietly: chat replies and new insight firings wait until your credits renew or you top up. Nothing is deleted, your data and connections stay in place, and everything resumes as soon as your balance is back to at least 1 credit.
Do unused credits roll over?
Subscription credits refresh each month. Pay-as-you-go credits stay in your account until you use them.
How many people can use Binee?
Your whole team. Seats are unlimited on every plan, and adding teammates is always free. Credits are shared across the workspace and spent only when Binee does work.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Binee is priced per workspace. A 10-person team pays the same as a 2-person team on the same plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You keep access until the end of your billing period, and your data stays yours.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel in a few clicks from your billing settings, no phone call or chat required, and it takes effect at the end of your billing period. You keep your plan features and remaining monthly credits until then. Monthly plans are not refunded, and annual plan refunds are handled by support within 30 days of purchase. Pay-as-you-go credits are separate: they never expire, and unused ones are refundable on request within 30 days of purchase.
Does ClickUp Setup cost extra?
No. ClickUp Setup is free with every plan, the free plan included. Building a workspace uses credits from your normal balance, and generating the plan shows its exact credit charge before you run it. If you run low, you can top up anytime.
