It reads your project tool, email, calendar and chat together, so it notices when one contradicts another, like a task running late against a date promised by email. You tell it what to watch for in a sentence, and it posts the alert to the team that owns the problem.
Will everyone on the team see everything?+
No. Each person connects their own accounts, so Binee only shows them what they can already see in those tools. Team alerts go to the shared channel you choose.
How much does it cost for a team?+
Every plan has unlimited seats, so adding people is free. You pay for credits, which are only used when Binee does work: a chat answer is 0.55 to 2 credits, an automation finding 1.3, and watching is free. A small team usually starts around 500 credits a month, and you can change plans in two clicks.
Do we have to change how we work?+
No. Binee sits on top of the tools you already use. There is nothing to migrate, no new project tool to learn, and you add automations whenever you are ready.
Who sets it up?+
Anyone can set up their own Binee. Teammates with admin access can also connect the shared Slack and build automations and dashboards for teammates. Each person approves the automations built for them once, and from then on they run on their own.
