Binee reads Google Drive and never changes anything in it. What it reads there shows up in your answers and Binee Insights, and any follow-up work happens in the tools where Binee can make changes, always with your approval.

You ask: “What did we promise Acme in the latest proposal?”
Binee checks your connected tools through your own connections and answers with the sources linked. Anything it changes asks for your OK first, unless you chose Always allow for that kind of change.
Connect Google Drive in minutes
Connect Google in Settings, then Connections. Drive is covered by the same sign-in as Gmail.
Ask Binee Assistant about any document, or open an item whose Binee Insight draws on a linked file.
Click the file in the answer to open it in Drive.
