Meeting notes aren't a to-do list, so they don't land in your inbox. Binee reads them when they matter: when you ask, and when a call is related to an email or task you open.
Read-only, on purpose
Binee reads Fathom and never changes anything in it. What it reads there shows up in your answers and Binee Insights, and any follow-up work happens in the tools where Binee can make changes, always with your approval.
Catch what was promised on calls
You ask: “Which action items from this week's calls have no task yet?”
Binee checks your connected tools through your own connections and answers with the sources linked. Anything it changes asks for your OK first, unless you chose Always allow for that kind of change.
Connect Fathom in minutes
In Fathom, copy your API key from your settings.
In Binee, open Settings, then Connections, press Connect on Fathom and paste the key.
Ask Binee Assistant about any recorded call.
How it connects
Connected with your own Fathom API key, pasted once in Settings. Fathom keeps one connection per person.
You can connect one Fathom account per person: Fathom gives Binee no way to tell two accounts apart.
