Clio Grow is a live automation source: watchers react the moment something happens. One plain sentence is the whole setup:
Binee adds to Grow with your approval: it creates leads in the intake inbox (a prospect who called or emailed enters the pipeline in one confirmation) and adds notes to intake contacts and matters, always previewing the exact change first.
You tell Binee: "When a new lead arrives, check their related email threads and tell me whether we already know them."
That is the whole setup. Binee builds the automation, watches around the clock, and when something matches, the insight arrives with the evidence attached, in your Inbox, by email, or in Slack.
In Settings, Integrations, press Connect on Clio Grow, pick your region, and approve Clio's consent screen. A separate one-click connection from Clio Manage.
Ask across the pipeline: "which leads are still untriaged?"
Turn on New leads arriving, or add the Client intake dashboard in one click.
Each person connects their own Clio Grow account with one click, picking their region (US, EU, Canada, or Australia). A separate connection from Clio Manage: Grow is Clio's client intake product with its own sign-in.
Clio Grow has no instant notifications, so Binee checks the lead inbox every 15 minutes while an automation watches it. Binee adds to Grow and never edits or deletes existing records.
Within minutes: Grow has no instant notifications, so Binee checks the lead inbox every 15 minutes while you have an automation watching it. The insight arrives with who they are, how they reached you, and what they wrote.
It adds, with your approval: new leads into the intake inbox and notes on intake contacts and matters, each previewed exactly before you confirm. It never edits or deletes existing Grow records.
They are separate Clio products with separate sign-ins, so yes, one click each. Connected together they cover the whole client journey: Grow watches prospects arriving, Manage covers the matters, court dates, and bills once they hire you, and Binee reads both sides of the handoff.
Binee gets sharper with every connection: the more tools it reads, the more dots it can connect around Clio Grow.
